The plague bearer is based on the Infected Sauropod from Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal
Yeah i was so surprised lol
The map where it’s found is based off where the infected Sauropod died. The map cracks down which is also a Easter egg to how the infected Sauropod died. It fell through one of the cracks of a volcano and drowned in lava

Nuckelavee is a creature from orcadian folklore, as his title in game suggests he is the sea devil, he rarely comes on land but when he does he brings famine and plague, he also sometimes chases lone travelers at night, the only way to escape him is to cross a bridge because he can't cross rivers, it's considered a taboo to speak his name as doing so can summon him from the sea
I just got goosebumps from that now I am a bit paranoid and scared.

Ahhh, a Nuckelavee is a creature that people think is an SCP, but in reality it's actually just a myth about a creature that takes people that have died, taking their bodies to who knows where and any who seen them usually don't tell the tale. But supposedly during the world wars, these creatures appeared only a few times taking bodies of those either dead, still alive and wounded, or those who are still safe
Oh yeah I heard the SCP version of that in the SCP version it appeared in World War II or War War 1 and it's terrifying trust me is a lot bigger I think it was like 50 ft tall and 30 ft long or or 20 to 30 or 40 ft tall and 20 or 30 feet long I do not remember the exact length and height to creatures that but it is terrifying and I do not want to meet it in reality. The Nuckelavee scares me

The volcanic map and the dinosaur is an giant referenc of the series Primal by Gendy Tartarovsky. There was a zombie sauropod in one episode.
Oh yeah gendy tartarovsky. I know much about the Primal and that zombie sauropod is what type of herbivore probably like a Brachiosaurus or camarosaurus and I believe there's a fang reference in the volcano map I need to recheck the video

Nucklavee comes from an actual myth, which the SCP is based on. Just figure I should put that out there, so it didn't seem like it just randomly came from the foundation's wiki.
