Ghost only autododges up to 1 attack after it ends, most of the time people expect you to attack and can react accordingly, observation gives you way more leeway on roll cancelling allowing you to keep pressure on the opponent, also it takes way less points and talents than ghost with ghost requiring 15 more points and 2 more talents that could be used for more damage
