I agree, I'm also reading the 3 books you mention at the start of the video and I actually think you can read them in a certain order to make the most out of it, like: 1st Everything Is Figureoutable (to figure out what changes you want to bring in to your life, since everything is figureoutable) 2nd Atomic Habits (in order to bring in the new habits you need) 3rd 5 Second Rule (to get into action mode)
Well done and thank you! Your work saved me a lot of time reading what to me seems just common sense and already found in many other books/blog articles.
Thanks for creating this video / mind map. In addition to your most important points from the book, I appreciate how you have applied the suggested actions. Such as the door/book example from the section "One Belief". I believe that books like these so wonderful to have. The successes an author has found and helped others with is phenomenal. The fact that they are willing to share that is so commendable. However, I also belief that when others, like yourself, share their take-away and more importantly experiences when putting them into practice truly inspires others to get up and figure out how to do the same. I'm excited to read your book. When do you expect it to be available?
Agreed Adam!"In my life, whenever I say 'I can't,' most of the time what I really mean is 'I won't.' I don't want to. I have no desire to make the sacrifice or put in the effort to get that particular result. It's not something I want badly enough or something I want to put ahead of my other priorities. Saying that you don't want something (or don't want to put in the work or sacrifice to get it) doesn't make you bad or lazy. It makes you honest." I have found this to be so true in my own life. There have been so many goals I set for myself, but looking back, too frequently I wasn't willing to put in the work to get it. I need to be more honest with myself, and clear about my priorities and goals. Then set those goals that I really want, focus on them, figure out how to achieve them and take action!

What was your favourite point from the book?
Failure is just an event. It is not a characteristic. People can't be failures.
