Reminds me of sleeping over at my great grandmas house on a rainy night. The house was old with a tin roof and it was just the best sleeping sound ever. Miss them days.
God miraculously even gave a rare musical function to the rainy sound .
It is the function that brings peace and relief and comfort .
Just had a tin roof installed or laid so I can hear raindrops on a tin roof instead of videos. Thanks for the right choice. My tin roof will save on my electricity billing per month.

I heard some different sounds also. Life is mysterious
to me it sounds like your walking on acorns or gravel and wet leaves and then it stops as you reach the cabin. I find it comforting.
Been years since we have heard a rain like that and thunder here in France...i dream to hear rain like this...

The sound of rain is calming because it gives us a primitive feeling of safety. Generally people and even animals are not out and about when it is raining, but everyone and everything takes shelter and lays low until the rain stops. So we instinctually relax our guard.

Very nice. Today, for the first time in quite a while, we had a real rainy day where I live. Good thing too; plants were beginning to dry up. I put on this sound to sort of enhance the real rain dripping outside my window, and had a very nice nap, thank you.

David Pinho I'm glad it helps... I had it for over 25 years now. Believe it or not you do get used to it... except when you are trying to fall asleep. Mine came and went for several years before becoming permanent. Hopefully, yours will go away.
Brad McBride sad thing is about these sound, when you turn them on you have to look at a screen.
When you do that, screens light triggers something in you to keep you awake longer...
How to fix that???

Oh, man, this is even better than the canvas tent. What a beautiful place. Is it yours? I'd love to live there. I'd pass the rain sitting in the porch, smelling the rain and the wet earth and listening to the trees sing with joy. (they do, you know, just tune in and you'll hear them). That's pure heaven. Those shots of the woods are fantastic.

I have costochondritis. It's an inflammation of the cartilage joining your rib to your breastbone. It feels like a broken rib. Any way I couldn't sleep or relax. This relaxed me helping me to fall asleep. Thank you so much. Your video is a life saver.
