It's not saying Hy-rail vehicles lift the frog, it's warning Hy-rail vehicles about a structure CALLED a "lift frog." Where switches lead to a low-volume siding, railroads have installed these lift frogs. It's basically a switch that doesn't cut THROUGH the main line, it acts like a ramp and carries the switching vehicle OVER it. Otherwise, the ends of the gap in the main line would be worn down often for a switch that's barely used. Lift frogs are much lower maintenance. Hope that makes sense. I'm no expert, but I've read about these before when I wondered what those signs mean. Here's the timestamp to watch it again: 28:25

With all the containers with open doors, I have to wonder why security hasn’t been stepped up. I’m sure the losses are climbing.

Weapon for Ukraine! Thanks America!
Training not ukraine
Well, Russia started this war, so the Ukrainians need whatever the can get
Too much military equipment being moved by rail too often.
Well it's the quickest most effective way to move equipment for training
What if they have a Derailment? It would be training if they moved in convoy.
