Although, I'm from India but I guess certificates are same all over the world. I just want to know that does it matter that which version of test are we giving. If I give v 3.1 then is it anyhow less valueable than v 4.0

All foundation level certificates have lifetime validity, so it is not important which version you pass, but yes, the v4.0 is mentioned on the certificate
