If you can grab a copy of the Blasters collection (or various) - do so! His solo stuff rolls and rocks too - and has played with the Fab T-birds for a spell.
@Lydia Bee Sadly, Gene just died of hypothermia in his bed in the Texas freeze-out. A sad day for the blues.
