WARNER BRATZLER SHEAR KIT
Used with a Texturometer model FTM-50, it allows to measure the force necessary to cut a piece of meat. It consists of a steel frame with a triangular cut blade. This video shows how resistance tests are to perform on samples of soft processed foods (bean meats - vegetable meat) with the Texturometer and the Metrotest test software.

Utilizado con un Texturometro modelo FTM-50, permite medir la fuerza necesaria para cortar un trozo de carne. Consiste en un marco de acero con una hoja de corte triangular. En este video se muestra como se realizan ensayos de resistencia al corte de muestras de alimentos procesados blandos (carnes vegetales) con el Texturómetro y el software de ensayos Metrotest.
