This is an amazing module. I need at least one. Incredible. Changing aspects of the stereo image over time is a big part of my music. It may be something people don't immediately notice, if ever, but it is effective in changing the perceived sound stage, which can be used to manipulate the emotional content of a track.

This and the WMD SCLPL are my most-wanted at the moment... love to see so many innovative/useful EQs and filters!

Great video! Excellent demo of this module.
Love seeing the visual representation and graphics as well!

The best speaker companies in the day were the ones who knew how to build good crossovers. I'm thinking of B&W as an example. They knew how to send the right signal to the right output.

Could be quite interesting at the head of a send, applying different effects to different bands and smushing things back together again at the return.

Lots of ideas swirling with this one. R*S NTO outputs, esp the cv’d variable, should sound really good through this.

Get two and you can run stereo tri-amp out to the house!
(I'm using an old BSR home-version crossover to tri-amp.)

you could make a patch that does what this module does but not at the HP or price, well done!!!

Would be fun to try and run the high band into a compressor, and the low band into the sidechain of that, ive not seen parallel multiband compression like that, where the different bands are compressing eachother. "crossmod multiband compression" you could call it

Yes finally!! I’ve been using two mutable EQs to do multi band, but this is perfect.
Also just skimmed “the design of active crossovers” by Douglas Self. It’s a manual explaining how all crossover are designed. And for this case the 4th Order LR filters are exactly what’s wanted.
It also explains how all sorts of filters are designed. Very helpful manual if you want to build your own as it has circuit diagrams. nvhrbiblio.nl/biblio/boek/Self%20-%20The%20design%20of%20active%20crossovers-2e.pdf
I’ll probably end up making a multi band distortion rack now. Was going to to buy a 19” crossover, but this is exactly what I want. My (expensive) dream is to have trash 2 but in eurorack. 6 diode distortions, 6 tape sats, 6wave shapers, two of these, that new convolution reverb... yeah a guy can dream lol.

multiband distortion instantly made me think of this - ruclips.net/video/7JRt5JD-59g/видео.html
Trash2 in Euro! Wow that's going take some serious doing as you say! Funny to think about though.
I read into the background on this as I hadn't researched any of it before hand and it's interesting, thanks for sharing links and info for others too.

Will be buying at least one of these for sure. I've wanted something like this for a long time. Not available from any US dealers yet. Any ETA on that?

Analogue Haven's order leaves tomorrow. Its always a good idea to mention it to your local dealer, too!

Oof. Imagining sending each band to its own feedback distortion chain. Want level = very yes.

Of all modules on RUclips, no one gets as much screen time as the Data.

Now... does anyone do a similar thing as a guitar (or preferably BASS) pedal, so I can route e.g. highs and mids through fuzz, reverb etc but keep the bottom end clean?
