@@amberduvall9966I actually figured it out. not using this method, takes a few more steps but it works. I recorded the process I will upload it later today.
On the first screen lolm down and Tap on vision settings them turn talk back on then with your finger draw a Backwards Land then a screen will come up and look in the bottom right corner for voice commands tap it rwice when the bubble disappears say Google assistant ID done right the Google assistant menu comes up just tsp mic again and say phone settings then tsp phone settings
