We have Akshay Doshi with us in this video, who got 75th Rank in the UPSC CSE 2023. In his journey, Akshay described how he reached the final UPSC Result 2023 list and how, on his final attempt, he became an IAS.
After graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology, Akshay's father hoped that his son will become IAS. Thus, in 2016, Akshay began his preparation for the UPSC after graduating from the IIT. His inability to pass the UPSC CSE marked the end of his five attempts. After five attempts, the pandemic hit the world, and the country was put on lockdown; at the time, Akshay was also stranded at home because all of his reading materials were in Delhi, where he used to prepare for UPSC.
However, he found the guts to resume his preparation and created a comprehensive plan for passing the UPSC this time. Akshay passed the exam on his most recent attempt at the UPSC CSE, earning an AIR-75 in the USPC CSE 2023 results. His father was overjoyed and responded this time to everyone who had questioned his talents.
हमारे पास इस वीडियो में अक्षय दोशी है, जिन्होंने UPSC CSE 2023 में 75वें स्थान प्राप्त किया। उनकी यात्रा में, अक्षय ने बताया कि उन्होंने अंतिम UPSC Result 2023 सूची तक कैसे पहुँचा और अपने अंतिम प्रयास पर वे IAS बने। भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान से स्नातक करने के बाद, अक्षय के पिता की आशा थी कि उनका बेटा IAS बनेगा। इसलिए, 2016 में अक्षय ने IIT से स्नातक होने के बाद UPSC की तैयारी करना शुरू किया। उनके पांच प्रयासों में UPSC CSE पास नहीं कर पाने के बाद उनकी यात्रा का अंत हो गया। पांच प्रयासों के बाद, जब दुनिया में महामारी फैली, तो देश को लॉकडाउन किया गया; उस समय अक्षय भी घर पर फंस गए क्योंकि उनकी सभी पढ़ाई की सामग्री दिल्ली में थी, जहां वे UPSC की तैयारी करते थे। हालांकि, उन्होंने अपनी तैयारी फिर से शुरू करने की हिम्मत की और इस बार UPSC पास करने के लिए एक व्यापक योजना बनाई। अक्षय ने UPSC CSE की नवीनतम कोशिका में अपने सबसे हाल के प्रयास में परीक्षा पास की, और USPC CSE 2023 के परिणामों में AIR-75 प्राप्त किया। उनके पिता बहुत खुश थे और इस बार उन्होंने उन सभी लोगों को जवाब दिया जिन्होंने उनकी प्रतिभा पर सवाल उठाए थे।

upsc should be backup plan. Baaki job wgreh should be first priority. Bcz any mathematician can prove upsc selection is completely based on luck. But upsc aspirants ko itni maths nhi aati, islie wo 10 saal kharab kr dete. Koi bhi successful candidate with maths optional nhi milega jo 5-6 saal se taiyaari kar rha ho paglon ki trah sab kuch chodkar. Its the reality. But aspirants live in fantasy.

@@nikhilchauhan5698 unmarried n unemployed.. Suffered a lot last year the person I was abt to get married to cheated and left.. Since thn I am on medications taking anti depressants.. Mental and physical health issues. And I belong from OBC.. But I know I have to stand up for myself I can't ruin my life like this.

Not worth it guys. Private sector join karo or apna exam do.... 21 mai start karoge to 30 tak salary package minimum 7-8 lakhs P.a to hoga...independent howege wo alag. You will learn a lot as well in between.

iit krne ke baad itne saal jobless rhne ke baad upsc mila its not worth it. dont glorify this rat race. abhi tk job agr krli hoti toh pata ni kitna package milta aur desh ke kaam b ate unke uppar boj bankr nahi rhte itne saal. sare resources barbaad kiye aur seat jo waste ki uska kya . not motivational at all .
Learn to accept and appreciate different lives- their perspectives, aims and motivations, it's a liberating exercise. Everyone has a different journey.
I will say the truth- engineering is not easy. He must have been a borderline failure in iit. No company will hire him then. It's obvious. Thus he was FORCED to choose this path. And here too, he cleared after so many failures. Tells you about the character of person. No need to glamorize him.

however in upsc luck factor is more than 50%. It can be proven mathematically.
@@Immortal_lion99 'Luck' cannot be defined in quantitation. There are people who are not even able to think of contesting for such posts will they be equal to the rest of the unlucky 50%.
