31:23 I always love the "defi was fine" argument. I'm in defi today and I was in defi then. Protocols were emergency shutting down pools left and right. If they had let defi do it's thing and code = law, they would have died a hot death. Some of them did and the protocols don't exist anymore. I love defi but the that narrative that defi held up beautifully is so cap. A lot of it literally had to be turned off and was *we won't turn back on until the market won't break the protocol anymore*.
