My god the emotions and broken faces of the Primis characters. Especially Richthofen who is always the one with the plan just looking defeated.....this is gonna be darker than Bo3.
Im never going to forget these guys even if there story is gone they made the best memories with my friends and cousins, but im ready for a new story to start.

It's so amazing how these 5 minutes are able to tell a greater story than the entirety of Vanguard, even without dialogue... it's so heartbreaking seeing these strong heroes breaking, going more and more mad every time they die, over... and over again.
The biggest thing I take from the trailer is this: They're tired. They're broken. They've spent so long fighting, surviving, without rest, without compensation, and they're starting to feel like maybe... ...maybe all this fighting is for nothing. Maybe it's been too much for too long, and maybe letting themselves being consumed is more of an escape for them.
Truly the point we saw the crew at their most vulnerable and the breaking point of their sanity. These seemingly solid characters, despite their flaws; the ones we were led over the years to believe they couldn't be broken. Blood Of The Dead captured the repetition of not only their journey but the zombie's mode in Call of Duty. Our heroes are tired, worn down but are forced to keep going to secure a better tomorrow. The question really is clear as day...where are we going from here?

I love it. The original theme from Mob of the Dead was far more whimsical. The original sounded sad, this one sounds *anguished*. By far the best zombies trailer released to date.
It tears me up to see that this was the point where everything went downhill. I still think of what could have been if the budget on zombies hadn’t been cut by the higher ups. Bo4 started with these beautiful trailers and it ended with a few pictures and dialogue. All I hope now is that the future will bring the same spark of life that we love from this series.

The trailer for bots was motivated by the original trailer for mob of the dead the (where are we going directors cut) and that honestly is 3 minutes shorter than this but still better
dude why is even in this map? from a lore standpoint, it makes no sense. Stanley was stuck with the mob crew because he was the guard that knew the mob crew the most
superxdish he is though, brutus's quotes mirror lots of things Stanley says like how he was nice to the mob crew, how he has a wife and son, and even says the names of the four characters. And Sal says that brutus is ferguson too :p

So I think I figured it out maybe.. You all remember Revelations Easter Egg Ending, Dr.Monty snaps his fingers then pretty much teleports our Primis Crew out of existence of that timeline, but instead, Dr.Monty starts a new timeline and resets Primis, he put them back in time where they saw themselves as the Origins Templar Knights with the Staffs, but this time, they redo everything up to Zetsoubo No Shima correctly. The Call Of Duty: Zombies comic says that before they head to Gorod Krovi, Primis heads to Alcatraz to find the Original Primis Richtofen. The “Old Primis Richtofen”, hands our new Primis Richtofen a book, containing the timeline itself, “like the comic book”, and the blood vials of the Mob of the Dead Crew, then, the “Old Primis Richtofen” heads to Shadows of Evil through a portal, leaving our “new Primis crew” at Alcatraz, but little did our New Primis Crew know, something went wrong. Dr. Monty set them up, he wanted Primis to redo everything, but Monty did something to their timeline, and he threw in a “new” small thing that our New Primis crew forgot to figure out and do, before heading to Alcatraz, now our New Primis Crew, after screwing up, need to figure out what they did wrong, but here is the thing, they can’t, which drives them mad. Now, like the Mob of the Dead Crew, they are Trapped, wondering how in the world can they escape, “if possible”, because we saw them all dying, Richtofen was supposedly killed at the “no way out” sign, Nikolai was eaten, Dempsey was crawling away from something, Takeo was slowly thinking what he should do, end his life or continue. That’s what I think, if I sound confusing I’m sorry, I just didn’t know how to explain my theory at some parts in there.
1FifaGamer his maps on bo3 were trash. Der eisendrache and origins are his best maps and focus more on easter eggs rather than the simple originality of zombies. Zombies chronicles saved bo3 zombies, so no i still believe zelinskis zombies is and will be better than blundells.

It's been a great ride for our main characters. God damn im gonna miss them. These characters and this game have been apart of me ever since the beginning and I can just say that I would forever hold this game in my heart. All the memories all the late nights. It's just amazing how much a game can really mean so much to someone.
I believe this trailer shows something that has to do with the lore of everything. Think about it, “No escape” and as ultimus ric says in the novels, “accept your fate, begin a new” meaning that they are able to be reborn over and over. Just like Monty did with making the ulti character, kids. I believe this trailer represents all their attempts of making it out different ways because ric doesn’t want to accept the fact that his fate ends there. See where I’m going with this?
That’s the thing. Primis Richtofen wanted to save everyone and himself. He saw Takeo, Nikolai, and Tank not just a means to an end like his Ultimus Counterpart, but he saw them as his friends. His brothers. Every time when a cycle happens, Richtofen travels to as many dimensions as he could to save everyone and reads the kronorium to learn their fate and wants to change it. It was weasel breaking the cycle that made the book change and made Richtofen finally admit he lost to fate itself. That’s why he cries in the ending and says they won’t remember him cuz he’s the only one who knows about the cycle at the time and their times together in the past
Potential spoilers People have theorized he broke the cycle because he hasn't been following the Kronorium. This is why Brutus destroyed the portal. There are consequences of not following the Kronorium. This is why the other Richthofen they meet in the cutscenes gives them the Kronorium with different pages. This may be untrue, it's all speculation
So this group may not be the one from Revelation and are tricked into being in this purgatory for ever. Makes sense with the constant death and and possible anger towards not being able to die or leave, which is seen with Rictofen constantly looking at signs basically saying "No Escape"
There's a theory that the Richtofen that is already in the lab when this crew arrives is the post-revelations Richtofen, a.k.a. the only one who has completed all of the Primis Cycle, and he tricks this crew into getting trapped inside Mob, and also he's been working all along with The Shadowman.
If it weren’t for that ending, I wouldn’t have cried. Takeo’s my absolute favorite of the Primis crew...and he looked so miserably hopeless, despite how high he tries to keep his head and spirits up for the rest of them. Not to mention he’s a wonderful voice of reason. I think his scream in the end is him mourning the loss of his comrades and how sick and tired he is of this sick, sick cycle. Then as he’s covered in blood, he also comes to a horrific and grim conclusion that this charade is going to kill him next...and is just suffering to know how to stop it all from happening. His drive to go on diminishes...just like the candle’s flame did.
don’t forget about the motd crew, they were in agony and wanted to escape from the cycle. Alcatraz isn’t just a prison, it’s a place where all your sins are your mirrors and a cycle you can’t escape mentally
Primisic Takeo is a solid tie for second place with Nik for me. GK and ZNS gave me a whole new appreciation for him, but Dempsey has been my favorite through all of the games. Hell, they’re all bloody marvelous characters

WW2 was my first COD game, I don't care how much dislike it may get, it and the era in which it took place will always hold a special place in my heart. Edit: But yes the zombies mode was a bit, unrefined, the storyline was good
the crazy thing about blood of the dead is that in the lore when one dies in this timeline they restart it back on Alcatraz until they finish the cycle it just repeats
To me, I think that is why we see the Primus crew collectively lose their composure. Normally, Takeo doesn't freak out and this is the first time we see the cast be mentally broken. Unlike the Mob crew, Primus must have known the amount of attempts they made. Being trapped would eventually break anyone. I love this trailer, because I wonder what these characters said when they were afflicted by stress and how what the other said to support each other.

So I think I figured it out maybe..
You all remember Revelations Easter Egg Ending, Dr.Monty snaps his fingers then pretty much teleports our Primis Crew out of existence of that timeline, but instead, Dr.Monty starts a new timeline and resets Primis, he put them back in time where they saw themselves as the Origins Templar Knights with the Staffs, but this time, they redo everything up to Zetsoubo No Shima correctly. The Call Of Duty: Zombies comic says that before they head to Gorod Krovi, Primis heads to Alcatraz to find the Original Primis Richtofen. The “Old Primis Richtofen”, hands our new Primis Richtofen a book, containing the timeline itself, “like the comic book”, and the blood vials of the Mob of the Dead Crew, then, the “Old Primis Richtofen” heads to Shadows of Evil through a portal, leaving our “new Primis crew” at Alcatraz, but little did our New Primis Crew know, something went wrong. Dr. Monty set them up, he wanted Primis to redo everything, but Monty did something to their timeline, and he threw in a “new” small thing that our New Primis crew forgot to figure out and do, before heading to Alcatraz, now our New Primis Crew, after screwing up, need to figure out what they did wrong, but here is the thing, they can’t, which drives them mad. Now, like the Mob of the Dead Crew, they are Trapped, wondering how in the world can they escape, “if possible”, because we saw them all dying, Richtofen was supposedly killed at the “no way out” sign, Nikolai was eaten, Dempsey was crawling away from something, Takeo was slowly thinking what he should do, end his life or continue.
That’s what I think, if I sound confusing I’m sorry, I just didn’t know how to explain my theory at some parts in there.

These characters and this game have been apart of me ever since the beginning and I can just say that I would forever hold this game in my heart. All the memories all the late nights. I believe this trailer shows something that has to do with the lore of everything. Think about it, “No escape” and as ultimus ric says in the novels, “accept your fate, begin a new” meaning that they are able to be reborn over and over. Just like Monty did with making the ulti character, kids. I believe this trailer represents all their attempts of making it out different ways because ric doesn’t want to accept the fact that his fate ends there. See where I’m going with this?

That’s the thing. Primis Richtofen wanted to save everyone and himself. He saw Takeo, Nikolai, and Tank not just a means to an end like his Ultimus Counterpart, but he saw them as his friends. His brothers. Every time when a cycle happens, Richtofen travels to as many dimensions as he could to save everyone and reads the kronorium to learn their fate and wants to change it. It was weasel breaking the cycle that made the book change and made Richtofen finally admit he lost to fate itself. That’s why he cries in the ending and says they won’t remember him cuz he’s the only one who knows about the cycle at the time and their times together in the past
I remember back then being so excited seeing the Primis crew in the Alcatraz Prison, but I wasn’t disappointed I enjoyed the map despite it’s problems

People have theorized he broke the cycle because he hasn't been following the Kronorium. This is why Brutus destroyed the portal. There are consequences of not following the Kronorium. This is why the other Richthofen they meet in the cutscenes gives them the Kronorium with different pages. This may be untrue, it's all speculation

If it weren’t for that ending, I wouldn’t have cried.
Takeo’s my absolute favorite of the Primis crew...and he looked so miserably hopeless, despite how high he tries to keep his head and spirits up for the rest of them. Not to mention he’s a wonderful voice of reason.
I think his scream in the end is him mourning the loss of his comrades and how sick and tired he is of this sick, sick cycle. Then as he’s covered in blood, he also comes to a horrific and grim conclusion that this charade is going to kill him next...and is just suffering to know how to stop it all from happening.
His drive to go on diminishes...just like the candle’s flame did.
don’t forget about the motd crew, they were in agony and wanted to escape from the cycle. Alcatraz isn’t just a prison, it’s a place where all your sins are your mirrors and a cycle you can’t escape mentally
Primisic Takeo is a solid tie for second place with Nik for me. GK and ZNS gave me a whole new appreciation for him, but Dempsey has been my favorite through all of the games. Hell, they’re all bloody marvelous characters

the crazy thing about blood of the dead is that in the lore when one dies in this timeline they restart it back on Alcatraz until they finish the cycle it just repeats
To me, I think that is why we see the Primus crew collectively lose their composure. Normally, Takeo doesn't freak out and this is the first time we see the cast be mentally broken.
Unlike the Mob crew, Primus must have known the amount of attempts they made. Being trapped would eventually break anyone.
I love this trailer, because I wonder what these characters said when they were afflicted by stress and how what the other said to support each other.
