Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. I love golden items. It makes it more refreshing! Normally god items start to get repetitive (like the 110th sacred heart rock bottom isn’t too exciting to make a video by itself)

Honestly, starting with the basic characters and working your way back to where you were before is a solid starting point. Like, Isaac/Maggie first to get the basics down again and have enough HP to learn from your mistakes and all that. It'll come back to ya.

I have a challenge for you. Try doing a run without any set items. So no guppies tail, no bob’s brain no syringes. Basically no items which are part of a transformation. Since adult is also a transformation I would be careful with pills…

Hey Matt just wanted to share my recent run, it was my first run with forgotten and I got an rkey haemo, trisagion, ludo, pop (these will spew out eyeballs), c section, Dr fetus, tech x, mutant spider, dunce cap, guppy, and 10 unlocks all in one run

I have a somewhat original idea for a run that could be interesting: start with a character and every item that has that character's name in it. As an example: if you start as Isaac, you get Isaac's tomb, Isaac's heart, Isaac's tears etc.
You also have to remove any items that the character might otherwise start with but don't have their name on it. For isaac the D6 gets automatically replaced by Isaac's tears, but for other characters you might need to manually remove them like Yum Heart for Maggie or Book of Belial for Judas. Bloody lust for Samson and Anemic for Lazarus also count, but not holy mantle for the lost (since it doesn't appear on their item bar).
Also, an item doesn't have to have the character's full name on it to be valid, so long as it's its own word, so, nothing like "Jar of EVErything" for Eve, but The Lost does start with "Lost Contact" even though 'lost' in that context likely isn't referring to the character itself.
Also, also, I suggest you gulp all the trinkets with a given character's name at the start of the run too since I think that'd make it more interesting as well (trinket synergies are vastly overlooked which is a shame).
Bonus variant: all characters can start with Birthright as a freebie.
I did a few runs with these rules and I must say it can really change how a character is played so it should be interesting to watch as well.

I want to see a notched axe run no tears just using it with maybe the broken lock trinket I know it use to let you open up locked doors and such with it plus only getting to attack so many times per floor maybe switch items for the iron bar no keys no bombs
Okay I had a thought during this video after picking up birthright. Luck up made me think of the LazyMattman character, and then I thought about its ability to get ONLY Quality 4's at super high luck. That'd be a fun video idea. What would Isaac be like if you could ONLY get Quality 4 items?

yesterday i had an absolute god run with my first real run with the lost because i just got his holy mantle and my first rerroll gave me crickets body and then eye of the occult, after some time i got lump of coal then i got conjoined, 20/20, crickets head, the wiz, and playdoh cookie and a lot more of stuff and im broken i still have the run on cause i wanted to do victory laps
