I think the reason she is less active in the community than Joe and Chris is that her fanbase isn't made up exclusively of Three Houses fans. Joe and Chris are pretty new in the industry and this was basically their biggest role yet which possibly skyrocketed both their careers, they obviously gonna be hella active in the community because that's really fun and all, but Tara is a pretty active actress/va since like 2002 with a bunch of popular roles like Temari, Mitsuru, Saint's row 3's female protag, Ashley in Obscure, or Yuri in the recent Spider-man game; and since she and Yuri are pretty open about being really busy, I don't think it would be profitable for her to invest herself deeply into the Three Houses community, and dedicate a great chunk of her social media activity to this. There are probably a bunch of people following her who didn't even play the game, don't like the genre, or just would be more interested in her other projects, so she balances off her social media presence with diverse content in which more of her fans can be interested in.
I want to see a 6 way match with both voices of Byleth (Zach and Jeannie), the three lords (Tara, Joe and Chris) and Cassandra Lee Morris, all of them playing Byleth with their respective skin...
Tara is incredible! She's so smart and well-spoken, she knows exactly who her characters are and what they want, she understands them so well, hence her amazing performances in the games she's in. She's wonderful and very inspirational!

After watching all of the anime impulse interviews of the three house leaders I think I understand why they were selected for their roles. They each have a quality from their respective character that really helps express their character’s personality to help tell the story I couldn’t imagine anyone else playing these characters. For someone who plays some of the toughest woman in anime and gaming, Tara seems like one of the kindest, most down-to-earth souls in voiceover. It goes to show just how much she can stretch outside her comfort zone and natural tendencies when acting!

That's why people refer to Silver Snow as "The Church Route" even though it's actually the main Black Eagles route, with Crimson Flower being the other, secret route. I think it was made this way with the mindset that Crimson Flower was supposed to be the last route you play, which it totally is, and they didn't expect so many people to join with Edelgard.

This is absolutely my most favorite interview with Tara Platt. Edelgard has become one of my favorite roles she's voiced and I've heard her through like Tales of Graces, Naruto, Tales of Symphonia 2, and all sorts of stuff. I love the questions in this interview and I REALLY LOVE how well she explains the story and idea behind Three Houses and Edelgard's character. If anything it's made me more open minded to different perspectives of things :)
I really enjoyed Tara’s breakdown of how people do what they believe is right to them. That’s a lesson that even I need to learn often times. Not everyone believes one thing is right. They all have reasons for why they make choices, and while others disagree, ultimately that person is trying to stay true to themselves. Edelgard may do some terrible things, but she ultimately believed it was the only effective way to bring a better world to everyone.
I also really love her dynamic in and out of VA with her amazing hubby Yuri. It’s such a great dynamic that I enjoy watching in games, movies, and shows. It also means Mitsuru x Makoto and Edelgard x Marth. 😁😉
Edelgard I choose her 1st... when i listened to her supports & heard what happened with her & Lizzie. I was heartbroken. It's no wonder she hated Crests,TWSITD & the Church of Seiros so much. But if she resisted right there, right now then Thales would've killed her & Burn all of Fodlan,But She found a chance to both avenge her family, & free Fodlan from Rhea in 1 fell Swoop, Byleth without him or her then she would've become a leader with a heart of ice & lost all perspective
I haven't seen any love for her performance as Eva in Monster, so I might as well mention that role's one of my favourites of hers. The character is of course incredibly well-written on paper, but she really nails that subtle balance of abrasiveness and vulnerability that defines the character. And Yuri Lowenthal is in that show too, now that I think about it, so that's fun!
Aww, Tara really seems so sweet and such a nice lady to hang out with! I absolutely _love_ Edelgard and a lot of other characters she's voiced as well! (Mitsuru, Zero, Dreamcatcher) And I find it so sweet how her and Yuri do acting and voice acting together. It's a really nice touch. I gotta buy Punk Shock from Skylanders so she and Fright Rider can be together!

I wasn't overly fond of Edelgard as a character, which is a testament to Tara's acting. To have a strong reaction to a character has a lot to do with the voice bringing that character to life.

Spoiler From Fire emblem Three Houses tara is right about edelgard what she's doing is right because everyone they fight for what they think is the right thing, even in the finale, in the finale of azure moon, dimitri knows the truth now and talked to edelgard, but they both got different opinions, so they do a fight to see which one has the rights because they would lead fodlan a better place, but edelgard sacrificed her own body to turn into a monster because she was desperate, if the war keeps going, she would die by time limited of her life having 2 crest just like lysithea, so she went all out, is either fight as herself, or gain power to become an hegemon but "not turning back to normal", so is a sacrifice to gain power (that final boss is the strongest of the entire franchise, no joke), and when she lost and being spared by dimitri, smiles and throws the dagger on him to provoke him to kill her (technical suicide) because if she accepts his mercy, she dies anyway by the timer, so she died for dimitri that he would lead fodlan well but making people think of her as a bad guy, that made me cry, i love both edelgard and dimitri, but specially edelgard for everything that she went through

Edelgard has become one of my favorite roles she's voiced and I've heard her through like Tales of Graces, Naruto, Tales of Symphonia 2, and all sorts of stuff. I love the questions in this interview and I REALLY LOVE how well she explains the story and idea behind Three Houses and Edelgard's character. If anything it's made me more open minded to different perspectives of things :)

I really enjoyed Tara’s breakdown of how people do what they believe is right to them. That’s a lesson that even I need to learn often times. Not everyone believes one thing is right. They all have reasons for why they make choices, and while others disagree, ultimately that person is trying to stay true to themselves.
Edelgard may do some terrible things, but she ultimately believed it was the only effective way to bring a better world to everyone.
I also really love her dynamic in and out of VA with her amazing hubby Yuri. It’s such a great dynamic that I enjoy watching in games, movies, and shows.
It also means Mitsuru x Makoto and Edelgard x Marth. 😁😉

Edelgard I choose her 1st... when i listened to her supports & heard what happened with her & Lizzie. I was heartbroken. It's no wonder she hated Crests,TWSITD & the Church of Seiros so much. But if she resisted right there, right now then Thales would've killed her & Burn all of Fodlan,But She found a chance to both avenge her family, & free Fodlan from Rhea in 1 fell Swoop, Byleth without him or her then she would've become a leader with a heart of ice & lost all perspective
Byleth is the lens by which her dreams become reality. Without them, El has only herself to rely on.
And that doesn't end well...

I haven't seen any love for her performance as Eva in Monster, so I might as well mention that role's one of my favourites of hers. The character is of course incredibly well-written on paper, but she really nails that subtle balance of abrasiveness and vulnerability that defines the character.
And Yuri Lowenthal is in that show too, now that I think about it, so that's fun!
Can we get Patrick Seitz to do an interview to answer what it was like to have a silly Darth Vader voice for most of the game?
Also he's the voice director of 3H, so having insight on that would be cool too.

Aww, Tara really seems so sweet and such a nice lady to hang out with! I absolutely _love_ Edelgard and a lot of other characters she's voiced as well! (Mitsuru, Zero, Dreamcatcher)
And I find it so sweet how her and Yuri do acting and voice acting together. It's a really nice touch. I gotta buy Punk Shock from Skylanders so she and Fright Rider can be together!
Tara Platt is awesome as Edelgard, Mitsuru, Elizabeth, Yuri Watanabe and Temari! Also, Tara and Yuri Lowenthal are a really great couple and I have seen many signs in the different games and anime they were a part of that show that they deserve each other

She is my favourite voice actress (alongside Jennifer Hale). I really love her work, since I generally get drawn to the characters she plays, and through this interview I got to know more about her as a person.

I wasn't overly fond of Edelgard as a character, which is a testament to Tara's acting. To have a strong reaction to a character has a lot to do with the voice bringing that character to life.

Couldn't help but feel somewhat fascinated when she mentioned she was a certified hypnotherapist. She does have a certain charisma about her, and seems to connect well with people, so I could certainly see that. Woman of many talents (or perhaps I should say skills) it would seem.

tara is right about edelgard what she's doing is right because everyone they fight for what they think is the right thing, even in the finale, in the finale of azure moon, dimitri knows the truth now and talked to edelgard, but they both got different opinions, so they do a fight to see which one has the rights because they would lead fodlan a better place, but edelgard sacrificed her own body to turn into a monster because she was desperate, if the war keeps going, she would die by time limited of her life having 2 crest just like lysithea, so she went all out, is either fight as herself, or gain power to become an hegemon but "not turning back to normal", so is a sacrifice to gain power (that final boss is the strongest of the entire franchise, no joke), and when she lost and being spared by dimitri, smiles and throws the dagger on him to provoke him to kill her (technical suicide) because if she accepts his mercy, she dies anyway by the timer, so she died for dimitri that he would lead fodlan well but making people think of her as a bad guy, that made me cry, i love both edelgard and dimitri, but specially edelgard for everything that she went through
