Such a rocking song but has very emotional chord progressions. There is such heartfelt feeling to it. It is a very apt song for the anime. And the three individual Signature guitars for each of the three ladies.
I also have the feeling that the song is a little journey back in time to the Unleash days. And yet it still feels fresh and damn good. I love how they customize the song with lots of references to the anime in the lyrics and with the video. They always deliver a top tier product for the anime studios because they're amazing!
I agree with you about the “28 Days Later” influence. The song you referred to is “Hibana”. Also, the intro of “Forbidden Tale” has the same vibe when Kanami plays the octave riff. I really like the new song, I wish they release the instrumental version. Thanks Ryan

visuals are exceptional, mix is spot on imo. both misa & micho's signature guitars really seem to cut without trying. musically it sounds similar to their other anime-centered offering (which isn't a bad thing). band-maid just keeps raising the bar. the extended solo was

Well the Anime this is the OP for is one of the bigger anime for this season so I expect this to give BM a jump in views. I personally think I will need a few listens to get into it, I like it as an intro for the anime but as a full song it hasn’t jumped out for me. Also this would have been written a while ago as the anime would have been under production for a while.
