How about a machine that actually works as advertised. I have spent a lot of time and $$ for doctors visits, sleep studies, getting settings checked and rechecked by my medical team only to end up where I started. I continue to wake up choking for air. At this point I have accepted my fate of 3-4 hours of restless sleep deprived of oxygen. I had very high hopes for this machine to help improve my sleep only to be very disappointed
