So beautifully done and VISUAL. True mark of a great film is to be able to tell a story where words and language arent necessary---I was 10 minutes in before I realized that CC was available. I'm so sad to hear of Eskild's passing. He was one of the first youtubers I started following years ago when I wanted to become a better filmmaker. What a tremendous spirit he had.

Guys, you have to appreciate for what it is. This is not winning any oscars, but it is a film that is meant to appeal to us camera geeks. Its not serious, the tone is satirical and quite funny if you go in with taking it for what it is. I thought they did a very good job.
I Love everything about this Short movie. Especially the Camera work and screen design is way off a cheap project but on a highly professional production.
I had a lot of reservations because of the name and overall silly nature of the film, but what I found was a gripping, well done film that doesn't take itself too seriously, and caters to camera buffs everywhere. Great job guys!

Bra jobbat! This is so good, guys! I especially liked the subtle humor and bits of levity; the news story about the cat, the guy on the train talking about the differences between the cameras, the dude in the camera shop being such a fanboy and then you two comparing cameras/lenses in the forest. The delivery of information didn't take anything away from the story at all. Really great short!
I literally don't understand why so many people liked that movie. It was well lit and had good sound, but the story was soooo baaaad. It really proves that even with good cameras and lighting the story is still the king. This movie taught me not to bother with having a bad camera, cause it doesn't matter at all. Guys, i really love your videos and want you to be very successfull at filmmaking, but you gotta learn how to create a story, if you plan on doing narrative films. The idea was so great and had big potential, but you wasted it, having zero funny jokes and awkward storyline/dialogue

It's a movie backed by this youtube channel audience and its main characters are not fictional. Andyax and Eskild play themselves. So there was no need for character development. Also, there's plenty of subtle humor, like the argument about crop factor, during the heat of the fight. Or the radio news in the beginning, showing in an exaggerated way the cinema clisse that the hero's life was ordinary at the beginning. I've seen multimillion budget action films with worse story than this for sure. This one is just a movie for the fans by the fans.

Love this film and especially the concept! I can see that there were some rushed and out of focus shots, but wow. The acting was great and there was some awesome cinematography in here as well. Love the pan-in shots and the dolly shot at the end with the camera and trash can.

First i thought the title kind of ruined the short movie, and that two guys from youtube couldn't make a movie. They would only care about the quality and to get the right shots. I realised that i was totally wrong. Great shots, and the story of the movie is excellent!
