Tawd Valley parkrun #32 - March 7th 2020 (full)

An interesting and unique one lap course, firstly around a housing estate and then through woodland, on a mixture of surfaces, ran at 29 minute pace

Did this on Saturday. Due to construction work, it now starts in the woods, goes round the back of Asda and joins up at 3:20. At the end, you turn right towards a small bridge next to the grass amphitheatre.
A good variety of environments and surfaces and, being one only lap, no repetition.
