@@karenrn6173 thank you so much!! I wish I had HALF of your experience!! I'm traveling now...and learning lots. Nobody teaches like Amal. Im...kind of obsessed with him...in a not creepy way lmaaao
None has explained hyperkalemia like u had done, but why not do an abg asap & be sure with our diagnosis .. i know this is an ECG lecture, but emphasize on doing abg
thanks for this great lecture literally i have 2 qs if any one can help me please: 1. why most new books still insist on amiodarone and ignoring procainamide which seems to be the safest for empirical wide qrs arrythmia as in cases of Afib with wpw 2. the case no. 3 at the end of presentation, i thought it was Afib case (considering the irregularity of RR interval and the only positive wave between R-R supposed to be T wave not p wave). am i true or not?
In junctional rhythm can we get all the possible p-wave variations on a single strip? I know of an example of same from one of the EKG books but I don't know how that came out to be.
Lol lol lol shocked a guy with a pulse who you felt was in v fib because of artifact. Don't feel bad, I did a round of chest compression on a lady who had to fight me off her chest lol lol lol.
Hi Dr Amal, i am a GP in Australia and follow your presentations. is there any chance I could get some opinion of few ECGs of mine ? Appreciate if you can send me your email ? Thanks a lot.
No matter how many times I listen to this lecture I always pick something up that I missed the last time I listened to it!!!!
I listen to it at least once per shift
I'm going to need more videos from Amal Mattu, MD. He is the only reason I got through Cardiology in my Paramedic class.
I would give my left ventricle to have this guy as an attending !!!
Whenever i listen to Dr Mattu, its always a mike drop scenario ending.
Very informative, well delivered lecture.
Screw Hollywood, if I ever get the opportunity to meet one famous celebrity, it's definitely Amal
who in the right state of mind would thumbs down this video

Damn @ 41:21. I could’ve never guessed that was afib
This video has 163 views- I'm responsible for at least 1k of them, no doubt.
i love the hyperK+ stories ! so true !
In atrial flutter 2:1 how do we know if it’s 2 p waves or one p and One t?
None has explained hyperkalemia like u had done, but why not do an abg asap & be sure with our diagnosis .. i know this is an ECG lecture, but emphasize on doing abg
I can't find the other part of this lecture anywhere

amalmattu@comcast.net to ask him
@@b.boston8529 thanks bro for your kindness
I sent him my questions and he kindly answered them
@@adlesal24 can you post the reply here please. thanks
@@adlesal24 what was the answer?
At few points there two waves between qrs complexes and that couldn’t t waves so one of them must be p

When was this presentation made? Just curious how current the info is.
My ER doc told me about this guy. He's a legend. What part of the info are you asking about?
The website suggests the info is up to date for 2019, so it should be OK
