Ahh where do I even start ? firstly tank is small , arowana's get huge upwards of 2 feet having a fish growing more than 2 feet in a 3 feet tank is definitely not okay , 5- 6 feet would be minimum incase anyone was wondering around 120 gallons at the least. I doubt the water has been cycled here in the aquarium the aquarium cycle needs atleast 3 - 4 weeks and if any seperate bottle bacteria is used it isnt show here. Heater needs to be there. whilst acclimating it is recommended not to pour that water into your tank , the cover isnt thick enough either but it is okay. These were some of the problems I could make out the rest is up to you. Good looking fish.

So i would suggest go with a filter which is 400 l/h. Also i would suggest not to go with internal power filter. Please use Hang on Back filter as it's effective more than Internal Power Filters. Don't use Aquarium Top Filter as it creates Water Disturbance as Most fishes prefer Calm water. How to calculate Aquarium water capacity (in liters) ? ---> You need your tank's Dimensions (length, breadth, height). Calculate the length, breadth and height in cm. Then do calculation as follows :- L×B×H/1000 = Aquarium Water Capacity in liters. e.g. :- my Aquarium is 2 feet(24 inches) in length, 1 feet(12 inches) in breadth and 15inches in height i.e. 24 × 15 × 12 (L×H×B) in inch = 60 × 38 × 30( L×H×B) so 60 × 38× 30 / 1000 = 68,400/100 = 68.4 litres. ≈ 70litres (ii) Water Change :- Do 30-40% water change every week.
