The second season would have been cool as hell. I suspect that giants would have come back and tried to rule the lands but while there would be evil ones there would also be good ones and they may also go into the realm of the giants and make some giant friends/allies. You would have seen more development from the towns as laws (and hopefully religion) started taking root, as well as trade as the shieldlands became closer as they got closer and more connected.

The capes are like blankets or ponchos either or and if enhanced with the right cloth it gives you extra abilities like flying in the air shooting lasers from your eyes.
