Fr. Jim Blount told a story about receiving a grace when his mother was dying. (She had gotten very ill previously, but always recovered once he blessed her.) He had asked for a sign that his mother was actually dying this time, so he could call his family to see her, and many had to travel from far away. Later that day he was alone in the house celebrating mass by himself, when he saw a window open in the air. He was able to look through the window and see into heaven. He was able to see his father there conducting a choir in preparation for his mother's arrival. His dad looked up and said "Hi Jim!" And he said "Hi dad!" That story reminds me a lot of the mirrors in heaven topic that Daniel talked about here.
As far as hearing the melody and symphony of the stars and sky and in the heavens, I remember a teaching I had regarding Our Lady of Guadalupe's Tilma....the placement of the stars thereon were the exact placement of the stars in the heavens and, have by scientists, realized beautiful music.
