I'm curious, I see your pulling down on the liquid and low pressure gas (suction), Why didn't you hook up to the dual pressure pipe that connects to the branch / mixing boxes, Thanks I working on a heat recovery system myself

Only due to access. The dual pressure pipe service port was sitting about 50mm higher than the other two. The way the unit was designed meant that I had to partially move the casing for the boards just to gain access to the other two service ports. LG hopefully will fix that issue going forward and make it much easier for us.

Hey mate. It’s surprisingly hasn’t happened that often. But, when it does, I carry a length of 2.5mm wire with 2 plug bases connected.

HI i have been watching all your videos and all videos are very helpful. Do you know how to get service tools for Daikin, Mitsubishi and LG? I wonder if I can get it even if I'm not a dealer.

Hey mate. Glad you’re enjoying the videos. You can contact them directly. I purchased all mine directly from the manufactures and I’m not a a dealer.

What's your job entail, looks like you only do service and commissioning, no install work? Seems like a pretty good gig.
The 3c morning is a bit nippy though!

I’m on the service side of the company so you pretty much summed it up 😂 I’ve done installs in the past, but not regularly for this company. Only the occasional refrigeration install. We have a Mechanical side who deal with the installs, so on a job like this out service side will come in and do the recovery, disconnect the electrical if needed etc and come back to recommission.

I see their cars all over. Do they install LG regularly? Seem like decent units from my minimal experience. Excluding the location of the service ports 😂
