Im so deep in anxiety and depression right now, it's led to debilitating agoraphobia. Somehow I got led to this song through a labyrinth internet journey in some dark hours last night. So glad I found it. Gave me some hope and felt understood and like other people share this stuggle too. Bless you for your song. I then watched some other clips and seen a sincere, gentle beautiful souled young man as well.
Kim, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. I was there in 2021 and a part of last year. Just want to remind you that you can absolutely make it out of this thing and get back to a normal life and feeling like yourself again. Certain supplements have been monumental for me but the biggest thing that has helped is Havening. Look up “havening Paul McKenna” and Watch his video where he does it with you. I’m not joking when I say there were days when I did this work for 2 hours straight. It changes your brain. Slowly, but it does work. Sending you lots of love my friend. You are not alone! 👊❤️
Hi Anthony, sometimes the universe provides us with precisely what we need to hear at exactly the moment we need it. Being a middle aged aussie lady probably explains why I had not heard your music before. I discovered your song by going down a dark rabbit hole of bingeing the internet at 3am, a way to keep my mind too busy to be in my own head too much. Your song made me cry, like sob for a full 15 minutes, but it was cathartic. I had been holding in a lot of pain and fear these last few months, and I needed that to release it. So firstly, thank you for that. Secondly, I have just spent couple hrs trying and investigating the havening technique. I've done a lot of therapy and cbt techniques, but already I feel this giving me some fresh hope. Some of my worst fears and experiences I got down from like a 10 to a 6... and thats big for me. I was surprised to see your comment and honoured you took the time. But I shouldn't have been, because the other clips I now watched of you and your beautiful fiancee radiate what a caring gem of a human being you are. @@kimjay7730 I almost cried reading this. I am so so happy to hear that you tried it. What I found really helps me is finding my triggers/fears/negative beliefs and then writing the opposite (or something that I want to take it’s place) I say it out loud, then do a round of havening on any resistance to it. And just continue that process day after day. Changes happen! The most important thing to remember is that you are not broken. Your mind is working perfectly and it’s just trying to protect you. Now you have a new tool to show it that you are safe and it’s all okay. Always here for you Kim. Keep on going ❤️🙏
