Question! Love your videos. I’m trying to understand what you’re saying in this video but I feel like it’s contradicting other videos that you created on your channel like “The illusion of doing” or “reactions dont matter”. I feel like in your videos, the reason why I was being helped so much was because they were reinforcing the fact that you don’t need to change yourself and the self changes automatically after contemplating the desire as Awareness. However, it seems like in this video, you’re discussing how internal beliefs of ours will determine if and when we get our manifestation, meaning it is an obstacle that we now have to sort through and figure out what they are so that we can get rid of it or heal it. It can be hard for us that don’t necessarily know how to drop it if we do have an opposing belief to our desire, I guess I’m just trying to understand - because this video here makes it seem like the self does need to be changed to experience what we want. Separately, I would love to know how/why the self changes automatically once you “align” with the desire
Hi lovely! Sorry for the late reply, I’ve only just seen this comment now. My video isn’t contradicting anything I’ve said in the past. The video shows you how to uncover possible limiting beliefs about the time it takes to manifest something, which we are often unaware of. The purpose of the exercises is to bring them into your awareness. Then, as stated in my other videos (like Letting Go Of the Old Self) you let go and drop those beliefs. It’s really that simple. I admit I don’t repeat myself in every video because I trust that people will watch my other videos and tie them together.

Hello, from what I understand a thought which feels bad or uncomfortable is the sign that you are having a limiting belief (always meaning you cannot have or be what you want). So when you catch yourself having a thought which makes you feel bad, be aware of it, knowing it's just a thought based on past exeperiences that became beliefs true for you, and ask yourself: do I want to keep that thought ( belief) or reject it? If the answer is "reject it" CHOOSE immediatly another thought more beneficial to you and in alignement with your desire. Signs that you chose a better thought ( belief) is that you feel relieved, freer, uplifted and unstuck. Hope this help.
What I understand "it is done" means it is already existing as a potentiallity waiting for you to choose it, contemplating it, embracing and embody it consistently brings it into the matrix
To my opinion dont worry about confidence and trust, it is a buyproduct of having chosen the good thought. When you are clear and aligned you ll notice that not only you trust but even better, you KNOW ( also meaning that you have changed your beliefs for the better). Sorry for this long answer😊
@@MyriamBirger thanks for your responses. Having embodied my desire I truly feel like/know it is true on the level of my personal identity, nothing can deny it because it's my experience. However I don't understand the 3D or why it seems to not be reflecting that. I can't accept that something that feels so freeing and good could be ineffective. I can't lie and say it's here in the 3D, what am I missing here? Thanks
Kriston, how can I apply this to my exams? Suppose my exam didn't go well but I want to clear it no matter what. So, if I select the reality that I have cleared the exam no matter what and even if I think that it didn't go well then also it doesn't matter. Will it manifest?
