Great showcase video. Love the gym here and overall the amenities are quite nice. Would be nice if the windows were larger but hey its a remodel of an office building. Do wish the closets had some built in shelving/ better design
@@robbernardi8281 yeah they had to be careful repurposing this commercial building into residential living, there are a couple of other buildings doing the same ever since Covid. I think this Sinclair did the best they could with what they had.
I stay at the hamilton downtown Dallas. This looks like a nice please to live. I am considering it when my lease is up next year. I love the fact it has a sauna. I have a steam room that I got from Amazon in my apartment now. But I am digging that dry sauna there. Everything just looks so modern, clean and beautiful.
That second bedroom has a door you can slide closed to where you can leave the bedroom to the bathroom without interrupting the living room area! Just saw that in the video
Im looking at the sinclair, one dallas center and the peridot. Will start job at republic center. Only thing i don't like about the sinclair is the studio has no bathtub
I just moved from Peridot to Sinclair. Dont move to Peridot, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors drop a spoon and as more residents are moving in management is becoming less attentive
We're on 39th floor at Peridot and we love it here. Moved into a 1 bedroom with den on 22nd floor in November last year, moved into 2 bed 2 bath on 39th floor in June. Sinclair pricing is off the charts, you can live near the sand in Laguna Beach for those prices. With that said, both properties are very nice!!!
I guess if you got money like that it's ok, but nearly $15 grand in rent for the penthouse and $5500 for a 2 bdrm, who can really afford that. And I'm with the other person if I'm gonna be paying all of that I may as well own it, but I did have someone tell me that home ownership isn't all it's cracked up to be cause when something happens it comes out of your pocket. And some people just don't have the time to deal with all of that.

No Floor to Ceiling Windows??? I'm OUT!!!
I agree. Absolutely absurd.
@@wstlndiesel I feel like the other amenities make up for it 😂
@@DALLASTEXASLIVING214 Just not at that price point, in my opinion.
It’s a former office building that was recently converted into a residential tower.
@@214dude2 didn't realize that. Then it is for sure WAY over priced!

@@DALLASTEXASLIVING214 just a little apartment in Dallas, nothing as fancy as those apartments you showed.

Why are there never people in the complexes you tour? It's like a ghost town
