Do I need Zemo or can he swapped out for another mill?
There is a noise for CC FYI. It's quite quiet, though.

You could use Morph over Zemo, but it may be less effective sometimes.

This is a really cool twist on Zemo mill, and as such you can sub any of these for classic mill cards. Yondu is great, as well as black widow, and mirage is a sneaky way to steal cards that most likely have some synergy with your cable and zemo hits.
