Is this the phone with the removable battery where sim is under the back cover. I opened 1 faster then this without any hassle. Tecno Spark KC6s
1. Keep sim in
2. Choose to connect to mobile network.
3. When it tries to install updates, remove the sim.
4. It will ask to set n face lock recognision. Skip this.
5. Screen lock input any pin or pattern you like.
6. It will start again from start after that until you need to put in the pin you just made.
