Well here we go..The whole cover was tracked/mixed/mastered by me. Feel free to download this cover and use the mp3 for a cover of your own if you would like! Presonus FP10. And my pod farm tone is very simple. Just the cali diamond plate into the treadplate cab with the condenser on it. and a tube screamer in front of the diamond plate. nothing fancy. my tone really comes from all of the processing that i do afterwords. lots of EQ, multiband comp, stereo spreading, etc.
Could you please make a tutorial of this sick mix? Could help a lot to know how to eq each layer of guitar in all the guitars in the song and also where to low pass or high pass delay and reverb

Good job man! perfect!. Quick question, I want my guitar set up for drop B flat/A#. Right now it's set up for drop B with gauges 13-56. I'm going for 14-58 for drop A#. Do you think that's a good string gauge, and would it make much of a difference with the intonation? I have a schecter c-1 hellraiser by the way.
im using pod farm 2.5 and for drums its basically samples ive made blended with other shit. slate samples, superior drummer, and my own stuff. all HEAVILY processed because they all sound like shit to me by themselves. same goes with my pod tone haha. my raw pod tone inside pod farm doesnt sound any better than the average guys pod tone honestly.

if you turn your pick on it's side and slide it up your strings it should make that sound. just mess around with it you'll get the sound

I had to TRY to find an error...missed a string bend at the first note of the ending riff, the one with closed/muted rhythm at the outtro right after the melody ends. Don't mind my criticism, cause I'm just a drummer lol. 9/10 that was an amazing cover.

Pretty sure it's a harmonic, not sure if artificial or natural, I'm a drummer and I don't really know the difference between them, hahaha. 'Rakes' are becoming more common in 'djent' and metalcore, which is where you rake up from your highest string a bunch of harmonics.
