Disney Springs Rainforest Cafe 2022 Full Dining Experience! Food, Theming, Volcano, Shopping & More!

- Join me as we dine at Rainforest Cafe in Disney Springs Orlando in July 2022 for a full, updated dining experience! I bring you for a tour of the restaurant, the rainforest theming, animatronics, lush trees and animals, and talk a bit about the background of this restaurant chain, of course we have a full delicious meal and try one of their blended fruit drinks, explore around the massive dining space, explore the gift shop and look for The Wild Bunch and Tracy Tree, the Rainforest Cafe mascots. I use the cute little photo booth and get a keepsake photo strip and do a little shopping while we check out all the branded merchandise, there's A LOT! Then we pop over to pick up the new Walt Disney World annual passholder magnet and I show you the virtual queue process for that, and of course we pop in my favorite store while waiting, the Days of Christmas year round Christmas store! I show you the neat way you can virtually make your new annual passholder magnet come to life and share my thoughts about Rainforest Cafe and also its sister restaurant, T-Rex Restaurant. Hope you enjoy and this brings you another fun Disney dining experience and more of what Disney Springs has to offer, plus some fun nostalgia and a look at a very popular and kind of weird, HIGHLY THEMED restaurant chain!

I love Rainforest Cafe. I took my son there when he was about 2. It blew his mind. He wouldn’t eat, he was so busy watching the animals.

Our first visit to WDW back in 1998 was our first time to EXPERIENCE The Rainforest Cafe. Our family actually ate at the locations just outside Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney. Everytime we took our 3 children back to WDW (2000, 2004, 2006, & 2008) The Rainforest Cafe was ALWAYS on our "To do" list. In 2015 and 2021 we continued this tradition with our Grandchildren! We love the food, the atmosphere, the merch, and the mission for the Environment.

Oh I love Rainforest Cafe, would always eat at one visiting my BFF twin cousin California and Seattle with her family. 2 years before she died, we would aways order the VOLCANO. In Seattle they sat us right smack by the OUT door from the kitchen, I cannot tell how many VOLCANOES came thru those kitchen doors it was ALOT!!!!!LOL. So now it is a family gag gift to find a volcano!!!! I loved my cousin very much, she died last October's and the amazing thing was is she was adopted and we were each others sisters . So keep on visiting those Rainforest Cafe

I love to get gift cards with my points from credit cards and I had gotten a $40.00 gift card. So on our last trip we are able to treat ourselves to a meal at the Rainforest Cafe, it was so much fun. I had not been to one in years. About a year ago I joined the Landry's card and boy has that been a blessing. There was an two hour wait for a seat and with my card we got in in about 20 minutes. The food was amazing and I also got the lighted cup as a souvenir.

We love going to the Rainforest Cafe! The restaurant at Disney Springs is one of mine and my fiance's favorite date night dinner spots because we just love the atmosphere. We always preferred breakfast at Rainforest Cafe. We used to go into Animal Kingdom for early magic hours and book a breakfast at the one near the entrance, you can go through their own entrance/exit. They still have the moving animals and sounds but the breakfast is much nicer and better value for money.

We love Rainforest Cafe. We go at least once a year on our Florida trips. My 7 year old daughter loves the plushies there! 😂🤦♀️lots of good stuff in that shop. Tks for the video. Love hearing the sounds of the Rainforest.

For a time the Rainforest Cafe was alive and well at the Source Mall in Westbury, Long Island NY. Since I live nearby, it was a pleasure to go and bring visiting friends there for lunch or dinner. Unfortunately it closed and now the only place to experience this fun eating establishment is Florida. Thanks for showing off its best attributes, including some delicious food!

We LOVE the Rainforest Cafe 😁 When I was younger my Dad took me to the now-closed location in Tysons Corner, VA; it was my very first taste of a real themed dining experience akin to something that Disney would offer, and so it will always have a special place in my heart. Rarely - if ever - does an Orlando trip omit a visit to either the Disney Springs or the Animal Kingdom location(s). Springs has always been my favorite, though, because the Volcano and the Lava Lounge make the location so unique and exciting! We love to sit near the rain tracks in the main areas and watch the storms affect the gorillas and the elephants, but there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house. We can never resist those overpriced photo booths, either 😂 We are the most touristy of all tourists! Love that you devoted a whole video to one of our guilty pleasures, Jackie. Great tour!

I love Rainforest Cafe! How could I forget about Tracy Tree? My best friends name is Tree which makes her even more special. I think they rethemed the one in Anaheim to my dismay. Maybe I'll get to Disney, either coast, again someday. Miss it so much. Thanks for another wonderful video Jackie! ❤

This was a great video. I remember going to Rainforest Cafe in New York as a little girl but it’s closed now. I’m so happy to know they’re still around. This restaurant has been a lovely memory all of my life. I can’t wait to take my boys!

'99 marching band trip for me. I thought RF Cafe was the coolest thing I've ever seen and the best food I've ever had (well, what I thought was the best for a 14-yr old 😄)

A lot of people trash on the Rainforest Cafe; when we lived in Southern Calif. there was one about 30 minutes from us that the kids loved to go to. The experience was fun for them. We also went to the one at Downtown Disney (CA). But they are gone now. It was something great and family friendly to take them to, and it is sad that they have gone the way of the "dinosaur." Thanks Jackie!
I agree, I get why ppl trash on them but at the same time it’s just good fun, it’s unique and special, and it’s memorable for a lot of people. Everything doesn’t have to be the same generic thing. It’s nice to have unique variety.
Oh my, the Christmas store gets me into so much trouble. I love the new ornaments of the buildings. I so want to try T-Rex, didn't know it was a Landry's restaurant also.
I cannot imagine going to Disney Springs (as a tourist) and eating at Rainforest Cafe when there are so many other better choices at a comparable price. The one exception is if you have little ones who need the theming to keep them occupied.
I hear you but thousands of people do and it’s ALWAYS packed. Lots of families choose it for lots of reasons, and many families visiting have more than one night at Disney Springs so variety comes into play too. I just want to show all the fun choices and options for everyone.

My sister and I ducked into Rainforest Cafe at the Animal Kingdom during our visit, just to get out of the heat. We ended up dining there, shopping for about an hour in the gift shop and it's my FAVORITE souvenir I purchased (a tie-dye RFC shirt) and it wasn't even Disney based. We were so pleasantly surprised by the food, service and items available in the gift shop, some quite unique. I would highly recommend.

We love Landrys restaurants. If you are ever in Galveston, there are many Landrys dining options. And, the Galveston Rain Forrest Cafe is the only Rain Forrest Cafe with a boat ride in it! Thanks for sharing this with us! We certainly enjoyed watching!

I’ve been to Rainforest Cafe when there’s one in Oak Park Mall, but it did closed down. Also I’ve been to one in Grapevine Mills.

Great video, and thanks for showing us another great place to try! I think I'd get exactly what you ordered, as I love the variety.. We had an app & a drink at the Lava Lounge next door, but this just looks so cool inside! We've added another place to our list now! Have to check out your T-Rex experience, as that's another place we want to go to! :-)
i worked at that Rainforest for 2 years from 96 to 98 and had a good time . We used to play jokes on the new managers who trained at our store. We told them that the extra highchairs were stored in the volcano storage room so they would make the trip to the roof only to discover we lied.
Oh wow!! Was about to head off to work and saw this video drop. Kay and I was thinking of going to the movies tonight but I guess this means it's a Super Enthused Night!!! This was me, kay, and her son (the one in the wheelchair with CP) Joey's first restaurant in Florida. Always holds a special place in our hearts. So we'll watch and comment again later.
I was lucky enough to win a free meal for about 5-6 people at the Rainforest Cafe here in London. Unfortunately I didn't go in the end as after inviting some friends I worked with, another one got really funny about not including her too. I couldn't invite everyone of course. She got me so stressed out I cancelled and we all lost out 😡 Really wanted to experience this unique dining place. 😥
