sir u have forgot to add grapes, oranges, falsa berries, chirounji, mulberry, dragon fruits, high quality arabian dates and macadama nuts which grows very well in hot and dry climate of queensland north australia having ditto same climate as india.....i myself have seen it..
mr shramjivi, can u plz help the farmers with macadama nut cultivation???itz a multicrore export business that can change the fate of poor farmers of drier areas.....it has high export market demand,i dnt know why itz not prioratized in india, when the climatic conditions of india is perfect for macadama nuts.....
queensland has same climate as india.....it grows very well in queensland, then why is it not grown in india??? minimum of 3 trees should be planted together to maximise cross pollination.....will u help to start it up in dry areas of karnataka,tn,ap,telengana, odissa,mp,maharastra????
another crop is high quality arabic date....if bangladesh can do it,why not india......especially in dry arid areas of central and south india with shortage of water supply....

these steps ll be a big economic boost for our poor farmers living in these hot dry areas.it ll also help reducing our import of dates from middle east, and hence ll help preserving our foreign exchange.....if itz even grown scientifically,it ll fetch a big export market and ll help increasing our foreign reserve.........

Further Grape, Orange etc. give good crop only under assured irrigation even though they come up well under hot climate. Grape is a popular commercial crop in India already. But as you mentioned there is a good chance and need to introduce Macadamia and many more. Date is being cultivated and popularized already in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and many more regions. But yet to come up in large scale.

sir you are right, but grape ,oranges and sweetlime/mosambi/satukadi needs as much irrigation as pomegranates ,it ll insure a great crop.....
another thing sir, india has the perfect climate for cashew......but yet is not cultivated in as much scale as it should have been.......why sir??????vietnam, such a small country has already overcome us in quality cashew production and export, inspite of the fact that our land mass is aprox. 10 times bigger than vietnam......sir in our country, why do our children suffer from malnutration inspite the fact that almost every house can grow this nutratious cashew in villages???sir, cashew has great export market demand,i went in brisbane and saw cashews that are imported from vietnam, sir itz so sad and disappointing inspite of the fact that we can produce much high quality cashew under our hot and dry climate....
sir dates have great market in india.....climate for date cultivation is perfect in west central and dry regions of south india, inspite of the fact why do we at all need to import this fruit from arab???
sir we produce high amounts of grapes, but still unfortunately we are not one of top 10 producers, inspite the fact that our climate is more advantagious than other countries....
sir at last, macadama is another best suited nut for the climate of india.......itz the most expensive among all nuts.......the economic conditions of the farmers have greatly improoved in queensland(australia),hawaii by cultivating this crop, sir itz so sad that our country having the same climate has poor farmers where they have 100%chance to become rich if they can grow these fruits and nuts, but most importently under proper guidance and thereby scientifically producing export quility fruits and nuts.....
so am saying u all these as i see u as last hope who can help our poor farmers to improove their economic condition......sir our gdp can never grow by double digit, and thereby become a 10trillion economy untill the economy of our villages improove.......our country is so blessed with a great land and climate, but still our farmers are poor because of lack of proper guidance....
sir another thing,do u have any project for north indian plains????sir the subtropical climate of north indian plains(up,punjab, haryana, bihar, rajasthan, north mp,plains of hp,uk,jammu) are perfect for growing persimmon, almonds, peach, pears, pecan nuts, sir let me show u some videos....
a)almond cultivation in firozabad(agra)uttar pradesh plains
      ruclips.net/video/hsGPln9nkoA/видео.html
b)peach cultivation in meerut(uttar pradesh plains)
      ruclips.net/video/Bn3Pv7svo74/видео.html
      c)loquit cultivation in meerut
      ruclips.net/video/QkRBGrxG_Z0/видео.html
d)sir if bangladesh being a hot area can grow persimmon, then why not our north indian plains recieving a chilly winter??
      ruclips.net/video/Gq6PvwGgXUA/видео.html
e)this video is of brisbane, australia recieving weaker winter than our north indian plains.....pecan nut is another high demand export nut,it has great demand in chinese market.....if it can grow there, then why not in our north indian plains???
      ruclips.net/video/_ErTiEValdc/видео.html
but we need to grow atleast 3 trees of different variety to maximise cross pollination and thereby yeald...
f)sir although i have seen pears being grown in punjab haryana uttar pradesh delhi, but itz improper quality........florida having same climate produce quality pear, even same for brisbane...
      ruclips.net/video/g6xfonFaFD0/видео.html
sir hope u will help our farmers to become rich....i look towards u as a great hope....

Kokam is a wild fruit in the Western Ghat forest - Garcenia Indica. Another one is soap nut - Sapindus laurifolius - which can be used as soap powder like Sheekakai.
