jared was smiling one minute and as soon as the director says action, he switches personalities and becomes Sam. I thought they had to take time to 'find their center' or some such shit. Amazing. Jared said that the long dialogues are only manageable because they are allowed to adlib. in other words, they are allowed to communicate a dialogue using a few words that aren't in the script without actually changing the content of it. Only Misha is not allowed to adlib because he plays an angel and his dialogue has to be very precise.
I think it's safe to say that the SPN fandom does a better job of promoting the show then CW does by a long shot, which is why fans are so special to everyone who has a hand in making the show. Yes, it's a beautiful work of art that deserves every award it's nominated for, but what's a work of art really if no one sees it? I'm happy that season 8 will air on a new night, and hopefully it gets all the recognition it deserves.
Savannah Forsyth is the best thing to do and she is a great mother to the family and she is a veteran of the world and she is a is more important than a soppy bag of bollocks in a hell bent gay parade
I prefer Sam to Jared...the character is so perfect, desirable...he's polite, sensitive, smart. I think his eyes (when he acts) aro so "sweetheart". Anyway, Jensen and Jared are both awesome and together they are perfect.

I loved the Hotelroom in Provenance,it was absolutly hilarious when they came in and to see their faces when the music started ..so funny.best room ever.

A lot of shows are shot in Vancouver (where Supernatural is shot) because it's very diverse. You've got cities, islands, small towns, freezing, scorching...etc. At least that's what I was told. : ) But yeah, Smallville is shot there, too. A lot of CW shows are.

Backing up the other comments below, it shows just how good an actor is when they can just turn their roles on and off like that... Jensen and Jared are clearly accomplished actors and will have a great career :)

its on season 8 in india now! :P they showed the seasons five days a week..meaning 5 episodes a week....bcuz they needed to air season 8 by oct - nov. Now on axn as far as i know...it comes every friday at 9pm :) i live in india too so yeah...n m like a huge fan of supernatural lol .....

The only shows the advertised are those loved by critics and ratings poor meaning fans don't watch 'em. Why waste money when SN fanship does a better job then any ad. SN at most I've seen 3 ads a week for all during the daytime when most are at work or school and cant see them. The only ads at night are SN next and whats on nextweek at the end of the show. I have cousin 39 and one 62 both love it. My neighbor watches no tv just dvd. Gave her SN ones hubby sent her asking if I had more.
I think it has survived without them. As for brooke, lucas was already with peyton anyways by the end of season 6, so there is no need for her BF to be li ke lucas, cause hes not supposed to. Also, i dont think brooke has an emo voice, shes always had that voice. have you watched season 7 I do agree that is not as good as the earlier seasons, but naleys still tehre and theyre cool

Then your lifelong goal shouldn't be to become an actor. The hours are brutal and the longest scene I've heard of taking to film is 3 days. For all the aspiring actors out there, being an actor in Hollywood is only "glamours" when everyone's on the red-carpet saying how perfect is it. It's hard work, it's brutal, it's tme consuming, it's hard on families, and it's defiantly not glamours. xx
Supernatural is without a doubt the BEST show still on The CW but that network is so screwy and out of their heads it's never promoted. They'll promote crap shows like Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill and the remakes until they are blue in the face and the ratings are still down.This show is on its fifth season and is still doing well considering how long it's been on and the tough time slot.Imagine how much better they'd do if you'd see a commercial or two advertising the show. Or at least a poster.

Hardly. It hasn't been good since season 4. And without Chad or Hilarie? No. That show is terrible now. Brooke's new BF is no replacement for Lucas and her new emo-voice doesn't replace Peyton. That show is terrible now. I have the first two seasons on DVD. Now I cringe whenever a trailer comes on for the Naley hour.
