Yup, you can't take yourself out of position at that crucial moment of the game. A failed Showdown setup can cost you the race doing this against strong opponents
Yes it looks like we both win around 20% of our games. If I make the Final Showdown, the odds improve to just over 50%. The stats are nice but the numbers don't tell the whole story since many players will often quit when losing.

I dont get it, yesterday I played at least 30 rounds, and never did I get an offer to choose a tier 8 vehicle after the first 1v1 win, is it just purely RNG?!
Yah it seems to be mostly random. The only thing you can really control is spawn at a location that has a number of car drops nearby, and hopefully at least one of them will be a good car
