  • Join me for a little stroll around Cardiff's Forest Farm Country Park and explore the once busy Cardiff to Pontypridd line that once used to pass through. The line now terminates at Coryton and this is all that remains of the section that passes through the country park.

Is a nice place, but by the canal there is signs asking you to dismount because of all the wildlife. Other than that your good.

What's the point of having disused rail line if you cannot use this space as it was intended as a track of a rail line and where is the canal you speak of in your reply as the video clearly shows the former rail line between Cardiff and Pontipreth I think that is the correct spelling?.

It only goes so far, if you watch my previous video you can see the canal I'm on about, but unfortunately on this occasion this section of line was cut off by the A470, M4 and further on from that there is just factory's and what not where the line used to be, however there is a line not to far from there, Taffs well to Caerphilly which might be of interest to you if you fancied something a little longer. I am planning on making a video on this in the near future, stay tuned!
