婆婆年紀大了，切記，不可以讓婆婆蹲下，或是坐矮凳子/椅子。椅面一定要高於婆婆的膝蓋以上，椅子要有把手/扶手的那種，類似像”太師椅”那種。方便婆婆起身，不然心臟血管不好，蹲下後猛一起身，容易暈和摔倒。😊
