This mount should have came with the batwing to begin with because you're spending that much money on this they should have provided this accessory. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🦇🦇🦇

I have since sold mine but the screws on the sides are just for extra strength, they just go in the dry wall. I used dry wall hanger screws for those. The 2 big bolts in the center goes on your stud and hold most of the weight if not all of it.
