but always had tools to get me out. used a come along for many years before I could afford a winch.

I noticed that you always seem to have a working knowledge of whatever equipment/truck/vehicle you are recovering. Dump truck, excavator, skid steer or Jeep, you always know how to operate it better than the person that stuck it. And you never shame the customer...

Transfer case popped in neutral. Common issue with the JK's, plastic shifter bushing gets worn out and breaks or falls out.
