- How much do you know about Oman? It was such a beautiful discovery - food, people, generosity, nature - i struggled a lot to put everything in 11 min video. This is my biggest surprise of 2022! This video is shown from my - baker and foodie - perspective so it will roll around eating habits and in general what I found interesting. Enjoy and let me know what you think :)

Well,once again you have taught me something new …. and I am well traveled … date syrup … never heard of it … after reading up on it it seems healthy … maybe use it to replace my sorghum syrup … anxious to try it … going to pick some up tomorrow … thank you again … your travels and the way you travel and how you present it are always done so very well .. thank you (you make me envious I am not out there doing the same )
Hey Thomas, thank you so much! :)) date syrup is quite popular here in Europe, many health stores sell it as a bit healthier option to sweeten your food. In the Middle East is like honey for us, so so common, obviously those are the countries where dates are grown. Uhh and the variety of dates is just impressive. :) travels really opens your mind, you get a chance to taste what you never seen before, simply love it!!!☺️ hope you you ll manage to get a chance to try these countries :)) thank you one more time 🙏🏻

Loved the video. You are so fortunate to be able to travel to so many different places. And yes, we usually come back from most trips with either local art or food. One time on a trip to Paris, we brought back a whole suitcase full of baking pans, and had stuffed cans of duck confit from our friends in the south of France.

Are you travelling independently or as part of a tour?
Hey Scott! We normally travel independently, sometimes we have to join the tour as some places are impossible to visit on your own. We are not a fans of group travelling to be honest 🙈 having said that, some guides are just amazing, like in Oman. We contacted him a day before and we had a private tour! Enjoyed a lot!
