i based my dates off the change log on the wiki which says roliday was added on the 31st, i think people just discovered it afterwards. and the adidas thing was my bad lol i based it off the time it ended by accident
My thoughts on all updates Destiny’s Dawn: Really good update. New map with really good skins and a new tower even if it’s not the best. They also changed the way modifier rewards are multiplied to be very confusing for me to understand. Overall 8/10 Easter Part 1: I guess you could say this acts as the April Fools update because of the map this updated added, speaking of that map, it’s ok I guess. I don’t really remember much about it, the skins are fine, not much I can say about them. There was also the egg hunt which was honestly too easy. I got all eggs pretty quickly so there really wasn’t any challenge. The rng ones were horrible though. Overall 5/10 Easter Part 2: Definitely much better than part 1. The eggs from the egg hunt hatched into some really good skins and followers. Burrow Brawl was also added which I guess it’s a decent map, it does look good but the waves are not my favourite tbh. There was also a level 2 added to the balloon pal minigame which was really hard. Overall 7/10 Make A Cake Collab: It was pretty cool, the balancing changes were hard to get used to but other than that, it was a good update. The map that was added was a good one. The skins from it were good too. Not much else to say. It was a good update. Overall 8/10 Adidas Event: This update doesn’t exist to me. All that was added was 1 skin, and a pretty mediocre one at that imo. Overall 1/10 Volcano Valley Revamp: Idk what to say about it ngl, this update didn’t really have much to it. I do like how they made crate skins buyable so you’re not forced to gamble. The revamp to Volcano Valley really didn’t change much other than how it looks. I am still yet to beat hard mode on this map because it’s really hard especially for a lvl 5 map. I would increase the lvl requirement to like 15 or 20. Overall 5/10 Halloween 2024: Amazing update. I really liked the contracts especially the Chuck’s Diner one. Mangled Manor was a decent map although I wasn’t able to beat hard mode :/. The skins added were incredible. The Chuck’s Diner one was obviously the best one I mean come on there’s no convincing me otherwise. Overall 9.5/10 Christmas 2024: The crafting system is a cool idea but the execution wasn’t the greatest ngl. I found some materials a pain to grind for and having to figure out all the crafting recipes had to be painful for alot of people. Snowy Slopes got added and I’m glad we’re getting map submissions added as a part of the games updates The skins were also really good, the Nuki skin was easily the best one. I feel like the crafting could have been alot better but I won’t say much else. Overall 6.5/10 Kinda crazy how fast 2024 went by. It wasn’t just me right?
