Im Irish-American too! I’ve been to Ireland recently and I absolutely loved every moment of it. The people were welcoming, the food great, the drinks strong, and the whole country was beautiful. Granted, I only saw 4 or 5 towns, but I’ll never forget Ireland. It felt more like home than the US ever had

We're now ruled by American corporate interests and venture capitalists, nobody can afford housing in Dublin because of this. Of course there are British corporations also doing this in Ireland.
