An overnight museum challenge would be absolutely mental, but you've got to be careful, because any on site guard may think you're trying to steal something. You'd also have to think that security would be super tight at night with motion sensors and all, let alone if you can get in.

Well that officer may want to charge you with 'Obtaining goods and services dishonestly' but its a real reach and it depends on exactly how exasperated and pissed off the CPS is with your antics... If you are in Basingstoke the crime stats list 57.19% no further action taken, so you might be in luck if no one can be fucked with the paperwork and they aren't trying to pop the end of the month figures.

If 'Obtaining goods and services dishonestly' was going to stick, I'm surprised that none of the other cops charged them with it in the other videos. I'm kind of interested why this charge isn't appropriate - is it because the amounts involved are so small in this scenario ? Thanks.
With taking something like that to court the CPS has to work out if it is even prosecutable or not, if there is enough evidence, you'd have to prove some kind of intent in obtaining goods and services without paying, just walking into a building and messing around isn't going to cut it. A jury would have to convict the accused based on the evidence available, if this video was shown in court then the chances of a conviction would be greatly reduced, there is no intent, ill will, damage, or premeditation really. Court cases are costly in time as well as money and with all cases the CPS would be considering whether it would be worth perusing, as I was saying in this case Ally has rather been pissing them off a lot as of late so they might pursue the case but its unlikely.
I live in Bridgend, our main police custody building had a fucking huge cannabis factory right next door for months and months, 97 plants were seized when they eventually raided the place... The buildings were about 15 feet from each other.
