Apparently today is KA-Ching up on VODs day for me. I think I'm 3 behind. Anyway, this went better than I expected honestly. Airi tends to go a layer or 2 deeper than linear logic and it can be tough to predict, even if she's super consistent behaviorly.

Languages evolve as people use it and create new meanings, which happens all the time. The people making these changes do not need any SPECIAL authority, just that other people understand the new meaning. Dictionaries for English were only created in 1755. English is way older. Language is far older than the concept of dictionaries or even civilization.
