i found an easier way! instead of doing all of that just laugh outside the window where shes at and the rival will go outside and by the time you get back, the rest already finished making their lunches and you can poison it :)

For the people struggling because there's always a witness, here's how i did it: i befriended the girl from the photography club with a buttercly pin at her hair, then at lunch time i fough all the female delinquents (i giggled so they would go outside) so they would get hurt and leave, i made sure the blonde and the black haired student council members had already been trough the hallway, then i giggled inside of the home economics class to distract sumiko, i also giggled in the classroom close to the photography club girl to make sure she wouldnt see me posioning sumiko's food, while both of them were distracted i put lethal poison in sumiko's food, once sumiko sat on her seat again i told the photgraphy club girl to distract someone (i told her to distract yui rio), once sumiko died i concealled her corpse in a bodybag and went to class, in cleaning time i got sumiko's corpse, put it in the iscinerator and activated it, then i went home :D
I tried it so many times and that's the way that worked

I *did* originally try stealing or poisoning her bento from her bag, but it isn't in her bag and I never am able to throw stink bobs down the vents in time. I'm either too early or too late

It's the Right Mouse Button you have to hold in order to throw the bombs.

It depends on how many alerts you get... It doesn't necessarily prevent you from getting s+ rank but it does take some point out of you in the judgement
