    Ingredients:
    Momos Red Chutney:
    1 cup Water
    5 nos. Dry Kashmiri Red Chili
    15 nos. Dry Spicy Red Chili
    1 inch Ginger
    3 nos. Tomatoes
    15 nos chopped Garlic
    few tsp Oil
    5 finely chopped Garlic
    1/2 inch Ginger
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Vinegar
    Process:
    In pan boil dry kashmiri red chili, dry spicy red chili, ginger, tomatoes and garlic.Once tomatoes become soft remove it and let it cool and later grind it in mixer and make a creamy paste.
    In pan add few tbsp Oil, once oil is heated add garlic, ginger, grinded paste from mixture, salt, sugar ,soy sauce and lastly vinegar.
    Creamy red momos chutney is ready to serve.
    Momos Green Chutney:
    1/2 Cup Cashewnuts
    4 nos Green Chili
    12 nos Garlic
    1 inch Ginger
    1 cup Coriander leaves
    1 tbsp Red Chiliflakes
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
    1/2 nos. Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
    Salt as per taste
    3 tbsp Olive oil
    Process:
    Roast cashewnuts in pan and after roasting add in grinder jar, add green chili, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, salt as per taste, olive oil everything in mixture jar and coarsely grind it.
    Tibetian green momos chutney is ready to serve.
    Momos Yellow Chutney:
    1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
    Oil few tsp
    12 nos Garlic
    1 inch Ginger
    1 medium size chopped Onion
    2 nos. Green Chili
    2 chopped Tomatoes
    little Coriander Leaves
    1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    Salt as per taste
    1/2 no. Lemon Juice
    1/2 Cup Water
    Process:
    In pan roast sesame seeds and grind it in grinder and keep it aside.
    In pan add oil, garlic, ginger, chopped onion and mix it properly. Later add green chili and cook till onion becomes tender. Add tomatoes , coriander leaves and cook till tomatoes tender.
    Once tomatoes turm tender add turmeric powder, salt, lastly add lemon juice and add everything in same sesame seeds mixture in grinder and make a fine paste.
    Yellow momos chutney is ready to serve.
