yea the symbols represents something, jaden is fire, kevin is water, mike Wood or forest, emily is earth, mia is wind and antonio is gold and those are the symbols of there helmets
actually, no, they dont, its just to make each helmet more unique
Each helmet symbol is an element. Red-Fire, Blue-Water, Green-Forest, Yellow-Earth, Pink-Sky & Gold-Light.
Nice to know the helmet fits a larger head. I'll be receiving my Shinkenblue suit and helmet from Aniki soon, so good to know the helmet will fit!
In regards to the uber shiny gold helmet on Aniki's facebook, that's the 'hero' suit helmet used during specific scenes in the series itself. At all other times the helmet used is the same as the one you have :)

I know this is 6 years late but I’m only 19 and I’ve already ordered 2 helmets from Aniki about 1K on them you just work hard over time and get a good job

The symbols on thw helmets are the kanji the rangers draw in the air. Gold is light red is fire blue is water ect....
It is not Katakana, nor Hiragana, it is Kanji (Chinese characters), that form part of the Japanese language. The red Ranger in Power Rangers Samurai is represented by the element of fire 🔥 (火), the blue Ranger water 💦 (水), the yellow Ranger gold (金) and so forth.
