14-08-11 Maxim's Mooncake - Dry ??? 美心月餅

My friends and I have supported Maxim's mooncakes for many years. Even we are not living in Hong Kong, we still buy it at expensive prices.
Last year we also bought them in Sydney. However, we felt that the yolks were quite dry which were not up to standard.
We were so disappointed and unhappy to buy mooncakes with such qualify and at that expensive price.
Did you have similar experiences? Wonder how are they this year !
