What ever religion it is respect and honor it however the children in the classroom are being thought to learn about their religion and other subject therefore I cannot take it out of the classroom but leave it one side. And if his child insist that the crufix is to be brought back to its rightful place, I will it saying here that the child does not want to change religion but wants to learn about it. So I will also say that it is not the child that is controlling but the knowledge that the child wants and if the child still wants it at his/her so I will it be 2. As a teacher before I start the lessons or play a game first I will know the safety of my student's if one of my student's have a condition like in the situation I will play a game that he/she can do to participate in my class. 3. If a parent asks to see me demanding to take out the crucifix inside our classroom because they don’t believe in it; then I will talk to him/her nicely and explain that our class is a diverse environment where everyone is treated fairly. We have different religions inside the class and we respect each other’s beliefs,therefore their child is not an exemption from embracing diversity in our class. Aside from imparting knowledge to their children, it is also my duty to teach good morals which include respecting,understanding, and treating each other like a family regardless of differences. Maybe I can suggest that I will assign their child to a seat that is away from the crucifix but I will not remove it in our classroom because there are also children that believe in it. Thus, if he insists that his child is being taught the wrong values then I will ask him a favor to stay with his child for a day or even a short time to observe the class setting. I can also reassure them that as their child’s second parent at school it is my responsibility to teach him/her good values, not the wrong ones. I think removing the crucifix for their child’s sake will create am i understanding and confusion among other children as they might think that I am against it or it is bad to have a crucifix. One of my duties is to educate my students about different religions without supporting one religion over another-I must stay neutral with my personal beliefs about religion. 2. Playing relay involves running, so I will ask her first about the condition of her prosthetic leg privately, maybe she is just embarrassed about it. After that, if it is okay for her to run then I will do my best to encourage her to join the game. I will ask for help from her classmates to motivate her too. In this way, we can still let her experience what her classmates can do. On the other hand, if it is not really possible for her to play the game then I will assign her to a position where she can still participate like a scorer or the person in charge of flipping the words to be relayed. If she doesn’t want to join because of the game itself then I will ask the class if it’s okay for them to change the game so that we can all join. In this situation, it is better to find alternative ways for the child to partially participate, rather than simply excusing her.Excusing may isolate her from class and reinforces the idea that she is incapable. Many people face physical challenges and still accomplish truly impressive things. With this, I would like to instill in the child that she belongs with the class and that she is capable of working with others, having fun, and that in the face of challenges she should always be prepared to do what she can and try her best, instead of giving up before she has even begun. (In my class no one should be left behind or ignored, everyone should be included and treated fairly.) 3. First, I would like to do a background check on both candidates’ behaviors. This may help me trace if they have bad records or past violations that can affect their candidacy. For example, they are the ones who are always late, caught smoking inside the campus or etc. Next is to check their working experiences as a member or former leader of a club or organization in our school. Are they active in their positions? Are they able to do their responsibilities? Lastly, grades or school performance is also a must. As a leader in a class, they must have a good grade that is enough to be a model to their fellow students. This will also tell me if they can manage to do their duty as a leader and their schooling together. I would compare all of the information on what the candidates had accomplished and vote for the person who is capable and met the standard I am looking for.
