1.l would explain to the parent the importance of respecting different religious beliefs and how it is part of the school's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. I would also offer to discuss other options with the parent and the student to ensure that the student is comfortable in the classroom.
2.I would thank the student for bringing this to my attention and would explain that the game can be modified so that everyone can participate. I would also offer to help her find a way to make the game work for her.
3.I would base my decision on a variety of criteria, such as which candidate has better ideas for the future of the class, which candidate is more organized and better able to manage their time, which candidate is more approachable and able to build relationships, which candidate has better communication skills, and which candidate is more likely to represent the interests of the class.

    1. In a situation like this, as a future educator, I will listen carefully with the parent's concern to show respect and understanding. I will approach him nicely and explain him that my class is a diverse environment and every religion has different beliefs that need to undertand and respect. The respect should be in the classroom anytime whatever your religion is. I will not remove the crucifix just to be fair to everyone. I will ensure that my classroom is against discriminations
    2. I will think of other game that everyone can participate including my student who has prosthetic leg. Or he/she could be my assistant for recording scores if any.
    3. The criteria for me should be their good characters towards the students and good leadership.

    1. As a teacher, I will respect the parent and listen to his or her concerns. I will explain to the parent why we need to share the crucifix with the children and how important that is to our lives. I respect the parents beliefs, but as followers of Christ and teachers in a Christian school, we need to share the gospel with everyone, for this is what the Bible says.
    2. I will tell the student that it's okay; he or she can still join. I'll encourage him or her to do his best even though it's not totally equal to the effort of other students. As long as he or she is participating, it's precious for everyone.
    3. I will give them the criteria that will tell them what the leader should be. I will explain to them the duties of a president in class and their qualifications. After that, it's up to them to vote. Giving them well-explained criteria would be a huge help for everyone.
    THANK YOU SO MUCH🙏

For this kind of situation we need to acknowlegde the parent concerns and thank for it in a calm, kind and not raising voice when dealing to the parent.we need to find things that agree on both sides.t.Tell to the parent that the crucifix is just a part of the educational environment and not intended to promote specific beliefs and religious groups. We have to consider everbodys concern on the classroom and listen patiently.
For this situation,we should create alternative methods for them to engage in some capacity.we should instill in the minds of the child both the belief that they belong among their peers or others and having fun, rather than simply excusing this child. The alternate way of relay is to choose the task that is best suited for a person with a prosthetic leg...
For me,I will base on such this criteria,i will background check for the both candidates on their conducts and behaviour and compare the facts what they have done to boost educational quality in school. Then i would vote for the candidate who have done most and promote to improve the schools educational years...

This could involve adopting the task to make it more accessible for the student with a prosthetic leg, or even creating a different task that allows them to contribute to the relay game in a meaningful way.

    Question
    3. During a class election. Gina and Roy are running for the position of Class President. What criteria will you base your decision on whom to vote for?
Ans. 1. Having different beliefs and religion does not matter because we are all serving one God, our savior who was crucified at the cross of Calvary for our sins. For this illustration, I think it’s better to respect and understand other people’s belief because we cannot force them to believe what we believe to. The kid is given the freedom to listen and believe what the teacher is preaching or believe what his/her parents had taught him. It is the matter of respect we give to others because if we respect other people’s belief they would probably do the same to us.
    2. As a teacher, we are known to be the second parent of our dear students at school. As a parent, of course we understand our students. Let’s make them feel loved and understand that they have a different attitude, weaknesses and ability. So according to this illustration a teacher plans to have a relay game but there is a child suggests that he can’t do it because he has a prosthetic leg. Yes! This is correct! It is appropriate that when we have disabilities we need to inform because there are many different types of disability that we do not immediately known. As a respect of disability and weakness, I’d consider giving special task to the child or encourage them to engage as much as possible. If the goal is to run, the youngster does not believe they can’t sprint with their prosthetic, it is absolutely acceptable for them to stroll instead, and I urge them to try their best without endangering themselves. If the activity required them to leap hurdles, which they couldn’t, teacher decided to change the plan to a different game that will be made suitable for all students. So that everyone can respond to the activity that will be made. Also avoid discrimination against each other, specially to person with disability. Everyone is given the same opportunity and chance to enjoy and have fun.
3.According to the illustration about who will I vote between the two contenders as president of the class, it is necessary first to listen to their goal and evaluate what they want for the good of the organization and even the students and the school. I will do a background check on what they have done in school. We need to recognize their attitude, ability and dedication to serve. I will look at their behavior to see if they deserve their desired position and if they are consistent in running for class president. If it is their dream to be active and be a role model to fellow students.
I need to Choose the leader who is more worthy and faithful in serving.

1.As a teacher and as a parent as well, I will talk to the parent in an orderly and respectful way. I will explain that all religions are respected in every school and everywhere. And because his son entered the school to learn the lesson is the main reason why he is there, and not because of the crucifix hanging there inside the classroom. I can move his son's seat away from the crucifix if that is their wish. But since we respect all religions, I will not remove the crucifix just because a parent wants it. If you truly believe in your religion you will never be distracted by anything.
    2. It would be best to be inclusive and make some adjustments to the game so that the student with the prosthetic leg can also participate.
    3. I will choose a leader who has a good heart for others. The one who is responsible and has respect for his subordinates/others.

    1. We truly understand the parent and we respect that and to their religion. As a teacher, of course I will say that I will take it out of his child's side but leave the other student's side. Whatever religion it is, I respect and honor it. However, the children in the classroom are being taught to learn about their religion and other subjects therefore I cannot take it out of the classroom but leave it at one side. And if the child insists that the crucifix is to be brought back to its rightful place, I will. It is saying here that the child does not want to change religion but wants to learn about it. So I will also say that it is not the child that it is controlling but the knowledge that the child wants and if the child still wants it his/her side, I will let it be.
    2. Depends on the mechanics of the game, there are diff. types of relay. I prefer to find an alternative ways for the child to partially participate, rather than simply excusing them. Excusing them isolate them from their peers, and reinforces the idea that they are incapable. Many people face physical challenges and still accomplish truly impressive things. I would hope to instill in the child both and idea that they are belong with their peers, capable of working with others and having fun, and that in the face of challenges they should always be prepared to do what they can and try their best, instead of giving up before they have even began.
    3. I will simply choose the candidate who has a good heart. And being a leader has a lot of things to do so he/she must be cooperative, responsible and he knows how to get things through other people. And of course who is a good influence towards his people, being able to convince people through logical, emotional, or cooperative appeals is a component of being an inspiring, effective leader. Influence is quite different from manipulation, and it needs to be done authentically and transparently. And of course we have to be wise because they are the key for a betterment of our community.

Let's find a way to address this that respects everyone's beliefs and promotes a harmonious learning environment. Perhaps we can discuss alternative solutions that would be suitable for all students.
    2. I will politely tell to my student that I appreciate her for letting me know about her prosthetic leg. I will tell her that we work together to find an alternative task that she will be comfortable with and that can be inclusive for everyone. Feel free to share any ideas she have, and we'll make sure the game is enjoyable for everyone in the class.
    3. When deciding whom to vote for in the class election, I would consider factors like their leadership qualities, communication skills, understanding of classmates' needs, proposed ideas for improving the class, and their ability to work collaboratively with others. 2) First and foremost as a teacher it is my responsibility to know the differences of the students. I must know their abilities, their physical and health issues so that if im going to prepare an activity it must be good and enjoyable for everyone so that everyone in the classroom can participate and no one will left behind and also to avoid a situation that there is a student who is not able to participate because the activity that i prepared is not good for their health.
