You're all wrong. First of all Schoen said that months ago. Daniel is progressing ahead of schedule and in fact it has been said that he will likely be ready for training camp. Schoen also said that Daniel's tough season was not his fault. And they have addressed, hopefully, some of the issues in the offensive line which will mitigate injuries.

If Tyrod would have started the year before last we would have made the playoffs still and won more games because the offense wasn’t ran through DJ it was through Saquon. So that means Tyrod would have been able to throw the ball down the field more and the team would have look more explosive. He also had less help on the line but still kept us competitive and the team really rallied behind him after that stitch smell DJ left while he was out there.

Daniel Jones skill-set more closely aligns with that of a career back-up than it does to the of an elite QB.
